Subject: Parent Council Meeting Updates.
Hi Leanne,
Just a few things to update you on from Parent Council Meeting last night.
Our next meetings are scheduled for May 14 @ 6:30pm and June 4 @ 6:30pm., if you could please add these dates to the St. Richard calendar, and your personal calendar.
On Friday, May 30 Parent council will be having a staff appreciation. Details will be finalized at the May meeting.
On the night of out Spring concert we will need to have a table set up for last minute popcorn orders. Can you please ensure the table is set up and that we have order forms and chrome books for families that want to order online.
Parent council has approved the following expenditures:

Classroom libraries: $1500 per grade

Library: $3000

Alien Inline for January 2026 - $5000

Grade 6 Farewell: $500

Transportation- willing to support for year end field trips

Some money we will carry over for next year for tech and furniture purchases.
There was also discussion on having a fall family night for math, STEM or literacy.
